Booked it for 1 day and had a memorable experience. Staff were perfect, hotel was clean, set in lovely area next to ski bus and good restaurants. The venue was set in a central area. Welcoming room with view of matterhorn. I loved eggs and muesli available, too.

Location and staff are lovely, I loved exceptionally comfortable bed. Lots of supplies in the room: central heating, multi-channel television and a mini bar fridge. Positioned in the pretty comfortable area, very close to the church, the center and Zermatt. Moreover, it has free wi-fi, really handy.

the property was fabulous and we had a comfortable stay. large breakfast, perfect room and immaculately clean bathroom. bed and pillows were comfy. fast check in & the service was superb.

Booked SUPERIOR double room with a mini bar, satellite TV and heating. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Also, it's 1 mile away from an imposing mountain.
